Reflection1: THE DICHOTOMY OF THE UNCERTAINTY.

Thinking about three professional ways in the new economy, with some information about evolution of the economy, as John Robb's paradigm, or the hypothesis of the evolution of the current jobs, we can manage to think infinite of controversial answers.

As for the professional ways, many answers can be generated since it can be considered as a subjective topic rather than objective. From the point of view of the objectivity, John Robb's paradigm would be totally right. Nevertheless from the point of view of the subjectivity, since we all are inside the current economy, not only it imports the form of work, in this case the creative work, but also the motivation of the person. Jobs at what always you have wanted being creative and innovative and trying not to turn aside in the circle that your interests include it would be the ideal thing. Nevertheless it's true that there are unsuccessful people that don't triumph in what they would have wanted, or they do but not in a profitable way to live from it and they have to find new jobs to reach the end of month or live comfortably. Now, considering the comfort of the person, according to my point of view, if several jobs are had, the person will be more motivated in that one in that more he is interested. Also there has to be born in mind that the fact of triumphing is not a matter of one itself, always there are helps, and if you are inside communities, as Agustín's case in the professional ways, it is possible to turn in something very positive.

Returning to the topic of the innovation, it is necessary to to be creative to find a place in the world. It is demonstrated that the creative people are the one that is standing out, and other people remain like eclipsed. This is to be true, or can owe to that we have the sensation that the world is too constant and the evolution is slow and we need to advance more quickly being more innovative with our job. But if we all are innovative, will innovation exist in a future? Apparently we go in search of a new world where the creativity will turn into common thing, so what  new alternatives will have to be looked to stand out.

Therefore, the union of your interests to the creativity should be the perfect combination if the fact of triumphing was not determined to other factors about which we have not spoken, as the evolution of the technology that it provokes the substitution of manual works for virtual works or automatic works. Another topic of controversy, since you must insure that your work cannot be replaced for a machine, and in case it was replaced, you to be able to working with it or even to improve it. From extinct jobs new ones will appear managing and improving new sustitutive technologies.

Reflexionando sobre los tres recorridos profesionales en la nueva economía, junto a algunos  datos sobre la evolución de la economía, como el paradigma de John Robb, o la hipótesis de la evolución de los trabajos actuales, podemos llegar a pensar infinidad de respuestas en controversia.

En cuanto a los recorridos profesionales, se pueden generar muchas respuestas ya que se puede considerar más un tema subjetivo que objetivo. Desde el punto de vista de la objetividad, el paradigma de John Robb estaría totalmente acertado. Sin embargo desde la subjetividad, ya que todos estamos dentro de la economía actual, no sólo importa la forma de trabajo, en este caso el trabajo creativo, sino también la motivación de la persona. Trabajar en lo que siempre has querido, siendo creativo e innovador e intentando no desviarte en el círculo que abarcan tus intereses sería lo ideal. No obstante también es verdad que hay quien no triunfa en aquello que le hubiese gustado, o al menos no de forma totalmente rentable como para vivir de ello y se han de buscar nuevos trabajos para llegar a fin de mes o vivir cómodamente. Ahora, considerando la comodidad de la persona, según mi punto de vista, si se tienen varios trabajos, la persona estará más motivada en aquello que más le interese. También se ha de tener en cuenta que el triunfar, no es cuestión de uno mismo, siempre hay ayudas, y si estas dentro de comunidades, como el caso de Agustín en los recorridos profesionales, se puede convertir en algo muy positivo.

Volviendo al tema de la innovación, se debe ser creativo para encontrar un lugar en el mundo. Está demostrado que la gente creativa es la que está destacando, y la demás se queda como eclipsada. Esto puede ser verdad, o puede deberse a que tenemos la sensación de que el mundo es demasiado continuo y la evolución lenta y necesitamos avanzar más rápidamente siendo más innovadores con nuestro trabajo. Pero si todos somos innovadores, ¿existirá en un futuro la innovación? Al parecer vamos en busca de un nuevo mundo donde la creatividad se convertirá en lo común, por lo que se deberán buscar nuevas alternativas para destacar.

Por lo tanto, la unión de tus intereses a la creatividad debería ser la combinación perfecta si el hecho de triunfar no estuviese condicionado a otros factores de los que no hemos hablado, como la evolución de la tecnología que provoca la sustitución de trabajos manuales por trabajos robotizados o virtuales. Otro tema de controversia, ya que te debes de asegurar de que tu trabajo no puede ser sustituido por una máquina, y en el caso de que sí lo fuera, ser capaz de trabajar con ella o incluso mejorarla. De trabajos extintos aparecerán nuevos trabajos controlando y mejorando las tecnologías sustitutivas.
